spontaneous cooking recipe - Opah, Mango with Hot Fungui

So I had a hankering for mangoes last night, and went in with that fruit in mind for dinner. And some fresh opah fish caught my eye. Opah is a Hawaiian fish that's really hard, and chewy-ish, almost chicken like. So I bought that, and decided to marinate that in some orange juice with some sesame oil. And the butcher suggested skewering them with some mushrooms.

Opah & Mango with Hot Fungi

about a cup of organic shitake mushrooms cleaned thoroughly

about a half a pound of opah fish (cut/cubed along the natural grooves of the fish) marinated in (a plastic bag):
- about half a cup of orange juice
- and a few drops of sesame oil

about a half a cup of cut/cubed mangoes

1. Put in that order in an oiled wok.
2. And spiced throughout cooking with:

cayenne pepper
black pepper
garlic powder
to taste
