Same body conscious cooking, just no trip to the grocery store. Stand in your kitchen, and scan everything in your kitchen cupboards. Then stand with the fridge wide open and look at everything in there, until you get cold. As you stare at everything you have, make a recipe using tastes that come to mind.
Today's Recipe Spicy Peanut Sauce: Heat pan. Add 2 gobs of peanut butter. Add a bit of hot bean paste sauce. Add some tomato ketchup. Add some water. Stir until paste.
