indian music?

So I'm watching eternal sunshine of the spotless mind and the first scene at Clem's house has indian movie pop music in the background. First I've ever heard that! vaadaa na tho... vaadaa na tho!

btw, i liked the movie too... its one of my fav. movies of 2004... I also liked Kate Winslets constant hair colour change througout the movie...

also there is something very powerful about the fragility of memories... and almost depressing how memory and reality are interlinked.

why is it depressing for memory and reality to be interlinked?

I wonder about why we have memories:

well... not that its depressing for memory to be interlinked per se...

but in the context of how fragile are memories are (like what was hapenning in the movie)...

i mean without memories... there is not dimension of reality. and that is what was depressing..
