tonight's dinner

you know what? I'm a pretty good cook. Time to start writing up recipes that come from spontaneous cooking. This means, that I walk to the grocery store and pick at the moment what the body wants to eat. I've become so much more conscious of what my body wants and have noticed how it has affected my eating habits.

Today's Dinner (I'm horrible with titles)
(and horrible with measurements, I just sorta know how much)

While waiting for organic japanese udon noodles to boil... Put in a wok in this order:
a little olive oil
a bit of toasted sesame oil
1 finely chopped small thai green chili
1 clove
1 finely chopped clove of garlic
some chooped sweet onion
1/2 chopped vine tomato
lots of chopped cucumbers
lots of chopped mushrooms
lots of baby spinach

Add the cold udon noodles.

Now for the spices/sauce add:
lots of ground coriander
some soy sauce
organic greek goddess salad dressing
(main ingredients: tahini butter, lemon juice, vinegar, sesame seed butter)

Stir fry the goodness. Eat with chopsticks.
